New Bios, New Look, New Doll! {198th Post!}

Hey! Don't you love it when I put  'new' in my title! Well, I don't know about you- but I love it! So to celebrate 198 posts, my new girly, and this fabulous new look- I decided why not have a photo shoot? 
Here are my best shots and some of them have been put into the doll's profiles (bios). Look away!

So which one did you like the best? I love Felicity!! She is gorgeous and I'm glad I picked her to be my last doll!

PS You may be wondering why I'm celebrating an 198th post. I'm asking myself that question too. But, who cares! I would like to celebrate this day because, I think I have successfully memorized all my lines, got forgiven by a friend, and got my 3rd AG doll! 

Luna Lovegood or Kaylen Frost?

Hi! 

I. Love. Harry. Potter. 

Just as some people like Diet Coke or Cameron Diaz, I have obsessions too. Like American Girl and pasta. But I have another one too- it's called

Harry Potter.

I'm currently reading the series for the 4th time, I've found that they never get old. And I've found many characters that I like, such as Harry Potter, Bill Weasley, Hermione Granger, and of course, Luna Lovegood. I mean who can forget her? Luna is an eccentric witch with a passion for all things out of the ordinary. Such as nargles, but I'm not going to discuss that now. Anyways, Luna is played by the ever charming Evanna Lynch.

But, I did notice that Luna looks particularly like my Madame Alexander doll, Kaylen Frost. So I thought, 'why not? Let's make her look like Luna!'

So I did. 

Here are the results:

{Oh, and if the Crazy Doll Lady is reading this, I just want you to know that I love these shoes!!!}

I tried to put Kaylen in an outfit that was kind of out of the ordinary. I hope you enjoy these! Which one was your favorite?

New American Girl Activities!

Hey everyone! Today, while browsing the American Girl site, I came across some new things in the activities section of Fun for Girls. One of them was Lanie's Story. There, you can look through Lanie's email inbox and check her updates and her best friend's Dakota's as well. There's a new story every week. It's a pretty cool idea! Take a look:

I love the virtual computer! It's just like the one in Lanie's Accessories. It's so cool reading her about her life through her e-mails. Very creative AG!

However, I just realized that this is almost exactly like Chrissa's Diary.

Although they look different, it's still the same idea- but I love it! It's cool reading about the dolls online where a book can't take you.

I also noticed that AG has a new report cover maker!

I didn't actually write a report, but I made an example. You can choose the font, color, and add pictures. Personally, I like my making my own report covers, just because this seems kind of- cheesy. It's a nice idea but not what the website needs.
