American Girl Poster

Hey! Today I was bored so I decided to make a small American Girl Poster. I used Washable Markers, a Sharpie, and pencil. Here is the finished product:
I put items that represented each character and then their name, year, and a small description of who they are. So for example:

For Molly, I put her red bag that is included with her accessories, her blue beret, and her signature glasses. I also put her year, 1944, and a description. For this I put a creative girl.  What first comes to mind when I think of Molly is how creative she is even during WWII. You can see all of the pictures here.

I know my drawing is not the best, but what did you think? Have you ever made an AG themed, poster, scrapbook, paper, or drawing?

MAG Products that really stand out! Part 1/2

Hey! In this post, I'm just posting what MAG items that really stand out- that could be a good thing or a bad thing.... Anyways, I would love to hear your opinion too- just comment! In this part I will be judging dolls, furniture, and accessories.

This doll is just adorable! I don't what it is- but I think it's her layered hair that really makes her gorgeous!

I don't like this girl. It's her hair- it's not even red! And her online pic looks nothing like the real doll.

This earrings are so cute! I love the idea of Birthstone Earrings! I really like the aqua pair!

This set is kind of weird. The head-gear just bothers me for some reason. I mean I don't think dolls really need that! But I love the color of the toothbrush and the little braces are so cute!

I don't why I actually like this item! Obviously it's way overpriced at $68 but I think it's so cute with the fake blue tiles and the little holders on the wall section!

This set- it's just interesting. I think that it's advertising InnerstarU too much. The colors are bright and fun but the don't really go well together. However, the money is pretty cute!

This set is really cute and I love the pumpkin pie- but at the price ($24) it's not worth it. It's just paper bags, plastic food, and stickers.

Well, stay tuned for Part 2/2 where I'm judging outfits!

New Meet Outfit?

Hey! This is a fun post mostly because I'm telling you about the new American Girl meet outfit! I may be a little critical in this post mainly because it's okay....
So anyways, here's the photo: (from dolldiaries.com)
What do you think? I like it but isn't AG supposed to make outfits on what girls wear now? I've never see anyone step out in capris with a tunic and purple ballet flats. Speaking of ballet flats- doesn't it seem like every outfit AG comes out with now has ballet flats? There's nothing wrong with it but you know, couldn't they try tennis shoes! I also think that it's not very original and looks like something a 5-year-old would wear than say our age would wear. But I have to say that I love the capris! They are adorable and could mix-and-match with so many different things!

Okay so maybe that was a lot more than a little critical but I couldn't help myself- there's a lot of things a I want to say.

Do you like the new blog title? I love it, the pic is from the 4th AGMA assignment.

Please enter my giveaway below!
Thanks,
Gabby

Ideas for You and Your Doll!

Hey! A week ago I got an e-mail from a blog fan who asked the question: what can I do with my dolls? Well, for this girl and all the others out there, here's a list.

Mix and Match outfits! This is probably one of my favorite things to do! Layer tops, decorate accessories, and create looks for the weather. Visit americangirlfan.com for some great outfit ideas.
Go shopping! If you live by an AG Place, go for a special trip! Take photos, get your doll's hair done, and shop for great doll clothes!

Take pictures! Position your doll like she is doing something- baking cookies, typing an e-mail, or doing work at school. Or take your doll outside and make her look like a model!

Play school! This is one of my favorite activities to do with my dolls. I got plenty of supplies and ideas from the Doll School Kit from American Girl. Our dolls love to go to the little school my sister and I set up.

Hope you like these ideas!

Also- remember when I had my PJ giveaway? Well, the winner, Leah, has opened her blog called All Things American Girl. Her site is awesome- go check it out!

PS Does anyone know how to make a heart appear on the screen? Like when I do I Heart AG, I'd like there to be an actual heart instead of me spelling it out. Thanks!
